About Bella Vista Estates

Estates are fully duly titled and owned by buyer and there is no monthly HOA fee.

Each phase has its own well. Water is provided to each estate and included in purchase price.

Power hook up to each estate is included in purchase price.

Road to the project is public and a petition is under way  to have the government put a new road in. This is expected to happen in the next years.

Roads inside the project are maintained by The Project until all estates are sold. After that we offer the owners that we continue maintaining the roads for a fee.

The land was barren cow pasture. We will be planting over 1000 trees and plants and encourage buyers to continue this initiative. We can assist buyer in this process.

• Maximum allowed used area including driveways, parking, decks, pools and structures can not exceed 30% of entire estate. That guarantees that each estate has a lot of green area and guarantees privacy.
• Maximum allowed building height is two stories.
• No commercial activity is permitted.
